Villette joined Bellevue Police Foundation as President and Executive Director in early 2021. She is an experienced leader with a solid 25-year track record managing growth for non-profits, successful technology start-ups and Fortune 150 companies.

Villette is actively involved in the eastside and prior to joining the Bellevue Police Foundation, she was CEO of Kirkland based Imagine Housing, the most active non-profit affordable housing developer in East King County. During Villette’s tenure, Imagine Housing experienced its greatest period of growth in housing production and services it provides to low-income and formerly homeless people in Bellevue, Issaquah and other eastside cities.

Villette holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in upstate NY. Her extended family has roots in Bellevue for over 45 years. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two adult kids, and five grandkids. They enjoy travel, tennis, cycling, skiing and other outdoors activities in the Northwest.
