Steve Kwan is the Founder and CEO at OpsWerks, a Bellevue Headquartered, 24x7 technical operations company with offices in Silicon Valley, Manila and Cebu (Philippines), helping to run the behind the scenes operations for some of the worlds largest infrastructure and services companies, enabling their customers’ engineers and developers to focus their highest priority initiatives.

He was born and raised in the Silicon Valley to a loving and hard working immigrant family.  He holds a BS in  Electrical Engineer from UC Davis and is a technology infrastructure startup addict, experiencing multiple exciting acquisitions and fiery demises, all the while learning the power and value of relationships and community.

He’s a husband, father of 3 children and a designated walker of an adopted Pomeranian.    Their family is a recently minted Bellevue resident, moving and settling in the Eastgate area in August 2020.  They have been building deepening relationships at their church, in their local communities and are committed to planting deep roots in Bellevue.  In the limited free time, Steve loves to get into the wilderness and explore all the beautiful, lush and quirky corners of the Washington.
