Rhea Toles is a business leader, entrepreneur, and community advocate serving as Vice President and co-owner of Bio Clean, Inc. and BCI Construction. With a professional background spanning executive leadership, operations, and business development, she is recognized for building organizations rooted in compassion, accountability, and community impact.

Rhea has helped lead the growth of Bio Clean throughout Washington State, specializing in trauma cleanup, hoarding remediation, drug contamination testing, and compassionate disaster response services. Through BCI Construction, she also supports accessibility and restoration projects that improve safety and quality of life for families and individuals in need.

Beyond her professional work, Rhea is a devoted wife, proud mother of three, and grandmother to one granddaughter. She is also passionate about health and wellness, personal growth, and authentic leadership.
