Beverly Ni is the Fiscal Manager for the Bellevue Police Department.  Working under direction of the Chief of Police, and in close coordination with the Assistant Chiefs and all Section and Unit Commanders, Beverly is responsible for all matters related to the department’s budget development and monitoring.  She moved into this role in 2019 after serving in other finance roles in the City of Bellevue since 2001.  Beverly is also a member of the Asian Pacific-Islander Advisory Council which is represented by individuals from the Bellevue API community.  The API Advisory Council is one of seven Advisory Councils that collaborate with the Bellevue Police Department to strengthen the relationship between the department and the community through trust, respect, and mutual understanding.

Beverly is a member of the Washington State Society of Certified Public Accountants.  She graduated from University of Washington with a BA in Accounting and also holds an MBA in Financial Management from City University.  As a Bellevue resident, Beverly is actively involved in local charity work, and volunteer services.  From serving as the Treasurer on LWSD GEAC (Gifted Education Advisory Council, to VP of Community Outreach at ISPTSA, to civic engagement at the Pathway Foundation, Beverly enjoys working with people of all ages and background, and giving back to her community.
