Heroes and Helpers Program
Every year during the holiday season, Bellevue Police and Bellevue Police Foundation support children in need, including those facing homelessness.
Heroes and Helpers pairs children with local police officers who serve as mentors and friends, taking them on a special shopping trip for essentials like winter clothes, school supplies, and holiday gifts. For these children, many of whom are in difficult life situations, the kindness and guidance provided by officers is invaluable.
Through Heroes and Helpers, the Bellevue Police Foundation shines as a beacon of support and connection, showing how small acts can have lasting impacts on young lives. We give a huge shout out to our corporate partners Kimco and Target for supporting this event.
